This striking colour platter from Hakusan is a great plate for serving colourful vegetables. It makes your vegetable dishes stand out to highlight texture and brightness of seasonal vegetables. It gives vegetables the recognition they deserve at our dining table. Traditionally, a square dish is used for yaki-sakana (grilled fish) or I use it for plating antipasto dishes to welcome friends, together with a white wine.
