Designed in 1969 to provide a fresh and tactile approach to enjoying eating and drinking by stimulating the eye as well as sense of touch, these unique cups haven’t aged a day, retaining their ability to surprise and delight. The moulded forms fit your fingers perfectly, highlighting the simplicity and functionality of the design. The thinness and lightweight of the porcelain emphasises the beauty of this material. Yet it is very practical, with firing at 1300ºC imparting a hard surface with excellent resistance to chemicals, so it can be washed with regular detergents.
